I am launching my first Food For Life class series next month and I couldn’t be more excited! This online four-class series presents health-promoting plant-based food strategies based on Food For Life’s “Healthy Basics” curriculum. Participants will receive nutrition education while exploring easy-to-prepare and budget-friendly plant-based recipes, requiring minimal kitchen tools for preparation. Each class features a cooking demonstration with samples of delicious and health-promoting dishes, along with handouts of easy and affordable recipes participants can prepare at home. Additionally, a curated “Plant Foods Playlist” will be provided, offering a musical backdrop to your culinary adventures!
