• 6 green tomatoes
• 2 tablespoons date paste or maple syrup
• 2 teaspoons curry powder
• 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1/4 cup diced onions
• 1 clove crushed garlic
Water sauté onions until translucent. Cut tomatoes until they are grape size chucks. Add in everything else and cook down and add 2 handfuls parsley for garnish.
